Refunds & 30-day guarantee

We want you to love Social Director. If it isn't right for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription purchase. Request a refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund the full amount paid for that billing period.
How to request a refund
Our payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@socialdirector.app with your order number and we will help process it through Paddle.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Paddle customer portal at paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Renewals outside the 30-day window are not automatically refundable, but if something went wrong (e.g. you were charged after cancelling) contact us and we will make it right.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback.
